It took a long 17 years of neglecting, but Medieval Battle is finally back online. Don’t expect any miracles though, it’s the same game it was over 17 years ago. It’s just that recently more and more people have been asking if the game is available somewhere, and although it technically was, its presentation was embarrassing.

So, it’s time to give the game what it deserves - a dedicated page on itch.io, attractively designed, and waking Medieval Battle from the eternal slumber it had slipped into.

I’d be delighted if you give the game a chance and see what game development under the pressure of a game jam looked like nearly two decades ago. Although the game engine it was created in is no longer available, and therefore I can’t modify the original game, I would appreciate any feedback. Who knows, maybe it will motivate me to create a remake and give the game the time and attention it lacked back then, perfecting it.
